Meet Josh Kail

Western Pennsylvania born and bred, Josh Kail is a leader who shares our values, respects our traditions, and believes in our future. A husband, father of six, and resident of Beaver, Josh and his family live, work and attend church in the 15th district.  He has long understood the need to control taxes while modernizing education, to put an end to job-killing overregulation, and the need to apply common sense solutions to our state’s problems.

Josh has promised to bring integrity and professionalism to the state House.

A graduate of Geneva College and Regent University School of Law, Josh Kail has built a solid record of private-and-public-sector achievement. He works as an attorney representing small and midsized businesses and has lent his hand to work as a solicitor for various boroughs along with service for Beaver County’s Children and Youth Services.

“I plan to be a salesman for my district, showing companies that the western Pennsylvania work ethic is unmatched, and its people the best fit for new industries,” Josh says.  "Whether its about local jobs, making sure our children are educated for new industry, or fighting the opioid epidemic, this campaign is about one thing: keeping families together. For far too long we have exported Western Pennsylvania talent to the rest of the country. It’s time we focus on what unites us and keep moving forward in the 15th district."

Chief among his goals is to build on the region’s burgeoning energy sector, which has brought thousands of jobs to Pennsylvania and promises to multiply that number with the arrival of the Shell petrochemical plant in Beaver County.  Leveraging the new infrastructure and industry to encourage other business to enter the local market is a top priority for Josh.

But new industry brings new demands in education. That’s why he remains a strong advocate for expanded education in the STEM fields – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Josh understands that to ensure a stable future for our children and grandchildren a “one size fits all” approach to education will not work.

“Every child is different,” he says. “Giving students and parents more choice in talent development will make our kids more valuable entering the local job market, and offer more fulfilling and well-rounded lives.”

Pro-Second Amendment, Pro-Life, and Pro-Jobs, Josh Kail will work in Harrisburg to protect personal liberty. Josh is committed to changing the culture of the Capital by bringing western Pennsylvania values to Harrisburg.

    Our biggest issues.
1.fentynal needs to be recognized as a WMD. China, Cartels and all that allow it to come in, are terrorists.
    2. We need paper ballots now!

Once I needed to write a discussion board post. So I found a company – Passing Amazon Web Services CLF-C01 Certification Exam https://www.examout.co/CLF-C01-exam.html and they do this for me. It was the right decision, it saves a lot of time.

You Know I’m kind of sick of seeing smear tactics! The article is ABOUT ANOTHER CANDIDATE! I hear from him! Do you ever reach out to him or do you expect him to come to your house specifically. If you care and actually from this district you will look where he is going to be and talk in person, not sniper from your keyboard. (off soap box)

This is what Josh Kail supports. A QAnon conspirator who stormed the capital and lied about it. Don’t let him fool you. He doesn’t represent democracy.

I have lived in Beaver County for over 25 years and consider myself a proud Pennsylvanian. However, I have been following the various state hearings on voter irregularities, and am sad and embarrassed to see many occurred in Pennsylvania. As such, I am requesting that you request a special session to override to the presidential electors certified by the PA Governor and Secretary of State.

I would also like to know what you are doing to protect the integrity of our elections, and to ensure that We The People, who overwhelmingly chose Trump for the next 4 years, have our voices heard and our decisions respected. We are well aware of the fraud and foreign election interference as well. We are well aware that Biden couldn’t get himself elected dog catcher. If we lose our voice in our elections, our freedom is gone forever. WHAT ARE YOU DOING MR KAIL>? We, who elected you, ARE WATCHING. What you do next could determine whether we vote for you again.

As our representative it is your duty to protect our democracy. Please do what is necessary to protect our election system. I do have 1 question. Do you plan to be a career politician for our district? If so make sure you do your job to protect our election system and make this presidential election right.

Not sure what you are talking about doing nothing for small businesses in our area. 1st. It is your parties democratic governor who does not care about small business and continues to do nothing to allow them to open back up. Josh and his party have battled to work with wolf who is working with no one. Jose was elected to represent our area and they have been fighting against a governor who does nothing for small businesses let alone anyone else in our state.

I as many other progressives live in Beaver county and we can assure you that we will fight this stupidity. You understand that when you say the line “hard workers need industry and job creators” is a phrase dog whistle that tells corporations “we will be in your pocket and our constitution means nothing to me as long as I get money”. The GOP is sad because you ask for us to elect you and you then do nothing to help those that voted for you. Look at the Senate right now, Mitch McConnel has over 400 bills needing voted on and they aren’t doing anything. So has the GOP become the party of corporations and the one against small business? You have allowed 160k small businesses to close in this pandemic and 61% won’t reopen, so this is the party that actually cares about fiscally responsible decisions? A tax cut for the 1% and actually trying to strip Obamacare from everyone during a pandemic and you are supposedly the “pro life” party, you are just the “pro birth” party. Also when our Police budget is over 70% of spending and I can’t even drink the water in Aliquippa, that is a problem. America has a D- nationwide for our infrastructure and lead and waste in our drinking water and instead of solving that, we get all the police new cruisers. A police department that has been involved in murders and instead of helping the community, be able to have clean water to drink, they buy cruisers for a corrupt police department. You live in Beaver county and you know nothing about what is actually happening in Beaver county, you won’t be getting my vote and I doubt you would want it. You would rather suppress the vote and win by losing like you have for years. Losing the popular vote means you lose a contest, but you aren’t for democracy, the GOP and establishment Dems haven’t believed in democracy in years and we can tell. If you all cared about “Democratic Institution”, you would want every person living in this nation to vote. You don’t want that though because it is called the southern strategy, suppress the votes of everyone except angry uneducated white guys that have a hard on for guns while not caring about an authoritarian who is actually stripping our 1st amendment away and attacking protesters, you make me sick.

I am very opposed to mass mailing of voting ballots for this election and all other elections in the future. Using COVID is a lame excuse. People are cautiously moving/traveling around. As a deputy of elections, how will our election workers know that someone has already voted by mail if they come to vote in person? I don’t think that the postal office service is so much of the issue as TO WHOM are the ballots being sent. Thanks for your response to this matter.

Another note, in Allegheny county, a group is protesting at the mayor’s house. This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope that you can convey my message to those in Allegheny county. I certainly do not want this activity to develop anywhere else or in Beaver county.
Thanks for your attention to these matters.

This covid shut down is BS in plain English. I had a terrific hard time getting my 90 year old father an emergency dental visit. Long story short, I had to suggest “we continue this conversation on your face book page” and post there to get an answer back. Yet people are buying trampolines, cheese doodles and beer from Walmart and liquor stores. Testing is invasive to me, and I don’t plan to be. We have a cure (multiple cures) so JUST OPEN EVERYTHING BACK UP. I’m sick of this. I don’t ever want to see another shutdown. What we need to do is protect the vulnerable. We have cures that work. But a shut down like this is a matter of the cure being worse than the disease. I know of a couple people that died because they put off procedures due to covid. One of a heart attack due to putting off an operation for a stent.

But I’m also still concerned about Common Core, and I have no idea what Josh is doing about that either. If we don’t want to lose our Constitutional freedoms then this is imperative. Please update us on that front as well.

Josh, I sent this email both to Danny Camp and Jim Marshall and I am now sending it to you as well. WE need support now. Thank you I am reaching out to you out of frustration (which I am sure everyone has right now), however it just does not seem like everyone is playing on the same field, which as a tax payer there is something wrong with that.

We are continuing to lose business and revenue by allowing our golfers to cross the boarders to Ohio and West Virginia to play golf. We all filed an exemption with the Governor and never even received and email back. I do not understand why you are letting him continue to run our county. There are hundreds of people and employees at a time in Walmart, Giant Eagle, Home Depot, Lowes, Parks and various other stores and now over 500 back working at the Shell Cracker Plant.

With that being said I do not understand WHY we can not open golf courses, on May 1st or even the 8th. Most of the Beaver Country Courses only have 1 person in the Pro Shop at a time working, well under the CDC Guidelines. Beaver County Golfers are golfing, they are taking their money and paying it to another state and then coming back here. Who knows what they have contracted or came in contact with since it is not our state.

If we all follow rules of 1 customer coming in at a time to pay (both wearing masks) and sanitize after each customer leaves and follow the rules of family members being allow to ride in the same cart and everyone else being singles in a cart. Plugging holes to eliminate further contact, WHY we can not open? I understand not large gatherings like outings at the present time but there should be no reason we cannot take our business back.

You talk about being able to trace contact if someone does become ill. Golf Courses unlike mostly ever other business allowing to be open, knows the entire 4 some’s that are playing and the course owners keep record of each group on the course for a given day. That enables 100 percent tracing. If people are allow to be in stores and parks that are getting so over populated WHY can we not open?

We are a class 4 county and you have the ability to allow us to open. You have over 9 courses that are in your county. All are hurting financially. We are getting no help from anyone (government – State, Federal and our own Local Government).

If you search by Zip code Beaver Falls / Chippewa has only 4 confirmed cases 0 Deaths and in that zip code you have 3 golf courses that are being held hostage. Darlington has 0 confirmed cases and 0 deaths and that small family run course is being held hostage.

What is it going for you and the other commissioners to finally stand up and give us some support? Sincerely, Shari Vetica

Everyone talks about how important education is, yet NO ONE seems to know much about Common Core. PA’s curriculum in general follows the Common Core model about 85%.
BUT in 2020, Western PA is scheduled to officially adopt Common Core. In other words, sign the contract with the devil (opps, I mean Federal Government) to use Common Core.

So say good bye to any local or parental control/input. Say good bye to any privacy. And say good bye to any love of America or her history. Say good bye to Christianity.

All you will have left is a dangerous indoctrination, pro LGTBQ gender “education” starting in kindergarten, and further dumbing down of the next generation.

For example: Pennsylvania School District Votes To Replace Locker Rooms With $2.4 Million Gender-Neutral Facilities

There are already lawsuits IN PA, in which female students were surprised and traumatized by male students (in ladies underwear only) in their locker rooms.

When will ANYONE address Common Core? BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE?

Josh What is your position on Common Core? Did you know that the curriculum is copyrighted and licensed by the NGA and CCSSO? Basically by the Federal government? Why even have local school boards anymore, if the federal government has complete control of the curriculum? Who do parents go to if they object to any content of Common Core? Mmmm.

How about the over 400 points of personal information that schools will be required to keep an electronic record of FOR EACH CHILD from K-12? Did you know that this file follows your child for life? Accessible to law enforcement at all levels, teachers, admins, even future employers, but not the parent or child? WHY?

Why is Common Core tied to Obamacare? Why does planned parenthood provide the sex education (oh, now it’s called “health education”) from KINDERGARTEN through high school?

Isn’t Common Core to be fully accepted and implemented in 2020?

What IS your stance on this evil? On Common Core?
